Hello Gautam. MBA is one such degree from which one reaps maximum benefit if done from regular, if not possible than from distance. But online MBA won't be of much value as compared to a regular degree.

Nice to see that you are worried about your future. Considering your percentage you can definitely get admission. But the fact is you will not get admission in reputed college. Whereas reputed colleges have there own standard and high level percentage criteria. So, while applying for college I recommend you to go through the cut off of the particular college and apply according to that.

Yes, you may get CSE core because CSE core seats are full till rank 7000 but you will get CSE with specialisation but in my opinion, it is better to take IT branch because syllabus are same and placement wise also CSE core and IT branch both are beneficial.
