In the North, Amity, is good. In the south, SIMC, Nitte University, Manipal University, Osmania, are considered the best. Since all have good masscomm programs, check the fees and ask for scholarship details. Don't overpay. .

Lots of career lines are there in IT industry. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers.
If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach.
It depends on how much interested you are in Programming languages. If you are good at it then opt for MCA.

Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
In order to pursue MBA you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT etc.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
