CA and BE cannot be compared as they will be like comparing apples with brinjals. They are entirely two diff fields. Maths involved in these two subjects are also different. So u hv to evaluate which kind of maths u like whether u like accountancy, book keeping, audits, ledgers etc or calculus, integration, interpolation. Accordingly u can select which is ur liking. Tho there is no hard and fast rule tht u cant both of them together, but am sure it will really tax ur brain to the maximum. best of luck!!!!!!!

Certainly not, In fact civil engg is one of the oldest forms of engg known to mankind. Whosoever says tht has no clue about civil engg. If u like civil engg then definitely go for it. CE involves heavy and advanced maths calculations. CE can never be inferior to any engg. Pay no attention to such statements tht hv no base. All da best for ur studies!!!!!!!!!

All India Medical for Institutes like AIIMS and other medical quota admissions in state medical colleges. IIT JEE for admissions to IITs, AIEEE, BITSAT, and state level premedical/ engineering entrance examinations as well. Many Deemed Universities conduct their own entrance examinations.

Depends on the subject, no city can be considered best, it all depends. Sometimes the best colleges lik IITs ask for a low percent but have their own entrances. But if you are talking about delhi university sky is the limit.
