While pursuing hotel management you can do specialization in:
Front office.
Food and beverage services.
Food and beverages production.
House keeping.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
The fee structure of this course may vary from institute to institute, however on an average it may cost you around Rs 2 lacs to Rs 5 lacs and more to pursue this course.

To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.
For doing MBA you have to appear for entrance exams such as CAT or CMAT. After that you have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview round and according to your results you will be eligible for specific colleges.
I would like to add here that before getting into any Institutes few of the things which you must keep in mind are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), the course curriculum and the study material, infrastructure, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute.
You can opt for MBA in Finance or Operations. Taking a specialization will be totally your choice as per your interest.

According to the current scenario Of the World and India, Technology is the best Field. So I will Suggest you to Take B.tech rather Than B.Sc. As you have written in your question Which field will be better in B.tech. If you want to go for Computer science engineering then you will study only about software technology and in IT engineering you will Study about both Hardware and Advanced Software courses. In Electronics and Communication you can go to the both field in electronics department as well as in Networking field. But as I have heard there will be around 20 lacs jobs vacancies in IT sector in India by 2020. So it depends on your interest which course are you interested. So Make a better Selection as IT engineering I prefer. Best of Luck. Regards Avi.
