Hi,
As per your query I would suggest you that, you should first of all make the list of universities you wish to apply, you may then contact the international admission department of these universities either through phone or email and request them to provide you details regarding acceptance of distance education for admission.
However, with 15 years of education you may consider UK for pursuing masters degree.

To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.

According to the current scenario Of the World and India, Technology is the best Field. So I will Suggest you to Take B.tech rather Than B.Sc. As you have written in your question Which field will be better in B.tech.
