suggest ur sister to do some course frm ignou, actually a graduation would be ideal. there is no reason to regret. U can always start from where u left once u hv realised. refer ignou.ac.in where they offer a bunch of courses. am sure atleast one of them will fit ur expectation. good luck!!!!!!!

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.

check out background of that college if colleges provide more joint campus placement then it is better for you , because today company not come in campus , company provide joint campus , and how much joint campus can be registered last year and for which field by college it does matter , and CS field is good don't worry

If you do MBA then you will be having more scope to get good opportunities in your career in good companies with good packages, and here you will be having chance to enter in directly middle level management.
To get admissions in to MBA course then you have to qualify in entrance exams like CAT,MAT,GMAT,XAT,GET, CMAT entrance tests.
