Mechatronic engineers have excellent employment prospects as the demand for qualified professionals with multidisciplinary skills combining knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems has increased in recent years.
It would be good to do M.Tech / M.E in mechatronics and specialize in mechatronics as industries are always looking for specialized people in there field. You can also specialize in any sub branches of mechatronics.

Hi,
1) After Diploma in engineering if you wish to seek admission in degree course then you may join lateral B.Tech course. In lateral entry scheme you can directly enter the second year course.
To be eligible :
-Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply.
-The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
Not to forget, lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials for specific criteria.

Hi, It is not advisable and good for you doiing AME after having Mechanical Engineering Degree.
You will get advantage of only one degree in any job.Do the course according to your previous qualification and future goal.So, think carefully.

Dear Vineet,
Study medicine in Russia [UG/PG] and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in a fraction of the cost as compared to other countries (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
