Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA through distance education mode.

To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.
I would like to add here that before getting into any Institutes few of the things which you must keep in mind are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), the course curriculum and the study material, infrastructure, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute.

In order to pursue MBA, one needs to be a graduate. However few institutes that offer a 5 year integrated program that includes 3 years graduation in Management and then 2 years MBA. One such reputed institute is IIM Indore.

Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT,SNAP,CMAT etc.

AME is just a licence. Mech enggs can get employed in aviation, power, oil and gas industries, automobile etc. but the same is not true with avionics engg as they are restricted to airlines industry.

there are many options available for IT in Canada. be it masters or Post grad diplomas. post grad diplomas are highly in demand in Canada among the employers. due to there course structure and co-ops. also you can opt for masters. In Canada the masters is all research based and Post grad dips are tought based as well as they have an excellent options for internship.
