Hey Avinash, PGDM is better than MBA, reason being that PGDM first of all is an upgraded version of MBA i.e., in PGDM you will learn all the practical aspects of theory. While in MBA you will only learn the theoretical aspects and no practical applications.
Apart from that, MBA follows a set university syllabus that hardly change, while PGDM is AICTE approved and its syllabus changes according to the requirements in organizations.
As far as streams are considered I would suggest you to first evaluate yourself that in which stream you are doing well and than go for it. But still to mention nowadays Analytics is in great demand within orga

Yes, after completing B. tech. there are many options available for you.
yes, you can go with MBA. But if you really want a job then Do it from a very good college, there is no advantage of doing MBA from a normal college.
Give Entrance exams for MBA like CAT etc.
but you can also think for Government Job, by preparing for Government job exams, you can get a job with high salary & future securities.
You are eligible for IBPS PO, SSC CGL, Railway JE, SSE, NTPC exams.

For MBA,you must appear for CAT conducted by IIM's.Nearly 85-90% of business schools in India accepts CAT scores,conducted during every November.Other Entrance exams for MBA includes TISSNET, IIFT, XAT,NMAT, CMAT, MH-CET etc.

As far as government sector is concerned the BCA graduates can enter sarba siksha ahijan, which is a flagship program of government of india as a teacher on contract basis.
You can also try for computer faculty job in kendriya vidhyala schools.
Apart from these, many government information technology companies and government companies like bhel, nsdl, mtnl and bsnl are hiring BCA graduates. For applying to the jobs in these government organizations, the BCA graduates can visit the website of these companies.

Well if done from a good premium college it does hold same value. But generally full time 2year Mba course is far difficult to get in from top30 coll list. So it naturally holds more demand and has far better salary offered.
