Hi Pagidipally,
No, that's strictly not allowed in almost every Board's case. You will have to write down your exams for the first year before going to class 12th. Sorry to say, but your health problem will let you suffer this. You can't do anything about it.
Prepare well.
All the best.

Dear,
That totally depend on your knowledge, interest and passion. I you are a science student, that doesn't mean you have to choose only Engineering. An Engineering degree does not give any stamp to confirm career success.
You may consider
BBA
Economics (Hons.)
Maths (Hons.)
LAW
Physics (Hons.)
B.Pharma
So, decide the field according to your personality and future goals. Don't follow the trend in education. Mark your own trend.
All the best.

The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country. You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course. It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or college. You can get your graduation degree simultaneously while doing CS and for that graduate degree you need to get enrolled in a college.

Diploma holders in Engineering touch glass ceiling in their career fast and get stagnated in supervisory roles. Only few percent of Diploma holders are able to move to managerial positions. For long term career growth its is prudent decision to do graduation degree in engineering after Diploma in Engineering from a polytechnic.
