For banking exams you should do graduation after finishing 12th standard. Graduation is the minimum requirement for the banking exams especially by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services.
IBPS conducts the banking exams for 20 Public Sector Banks. But to appear for the exams like IBPS Clerical and IBPS Bank PO, you should have graduation degree. Therefore I will recommend you to pursue graduation.

Annamalai University prescribes a fee of Rs 13,550/- for the first year and Rs12, 300/- for the second year for its regular MBA and other specializations courses. The fee may be paid in two installments for each year. The university also offers flat 50% fee concessions to all regular college (on-campus students) and All Annamalai University distance education students if they enroll concurrently in any additional diploma/ certificate / PG Diploma courses. You can get a lecturer job without net cleared. If you crack NET or SET exam, u will be given good salary as compared to those who don't have cracked net or set exam. If you want to clear this exam, you can watch videos related with net exam paper 1 and paper 2  for paper 1 and paper 2, study for paper 1 (general awareness, reasoning, maths, people and environment), Commerce net a achievers for paper 1 (research aptitude, teaching aptitude, ICT, Higher Education)etc. .
