Hey, there are many colleges which has very low fees. HNBGU in Uttarakhand and NEHU in Shilong have fee around 10k per semester. You can also take loan after joining the college. ITGGV also has very low fee .All these colleges are central universities. In fact you can get loan in any college just Participate in CSAB counseling.

If this is your JEE rank, then, you can try to get into your home state NIT. You might fetch a seat there. Moreover, if you don't get it then you can try for some GFTIs and other regional engineering colleges.

Try UPES Dehradun. I guess it takes candidates based on class 12th. Indore Institute of Law is also an option.

Yes of course, you got a decent rank in Jee Main. You will get one of top 5 NITs. Just join CSAB counselling and choose your branch and college accordingly. Give preference to branch and then to the college.

You got a decent rank. You will get CSE/IT in top NITs. The average package of CSE in top 5 NITs are above Rs. 5 lakhs p.a. You should join IIIT, Allahabad, as it has very good coding culture and placement is also excellent there.

VIT-Vellore have management quota seats, as you missed the counselling you have only one way to get into VIT-Vellore via management quota. So if you are ready to spend some money then doors are still open for you. Talk to the college management ASAP.

For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. Hi,
Yes, you can get a seat but you cannot get Pilani campus and there are low chances to get Goa campus but surely you can get the Hyderabad campus as per last year cut off marks.
You may not get the top courses like electrical, CSE, etc. but BITS, Pilani offers many electives that you can choose. Means if you have got chemical engineering, you can choose CSE, electrical and mechanical engineering as your electives. Both are good. But, the degree which you'll take will matter. I'll suggest, that instead of Diploma, you should opt for a Bachelor's degree. Good luck.
