Civil contains Structural; steel, concrete, masonry, etc.
Water resources; water runoff, ditch/piping design for the runoff, water interaction with bridges, etc.
Geotech; Foundation design, footings, piers, dirt work, etc.
Transportation; Roadway routing, pavement design, bridges, intersection design, etc.
Whereas marine engineering, it's like a MEP (mechanical electrical and plumbing) degree for ships. You'll do everything from ballast systems, exhaust systems, to power plants and big ship engines. But it's definitely focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC with a huge emphasis on ship engines and power plants.
So, all it will depend on your choice and how you develop your skills is something that will give direction to your career.

BCA is a combination of Management and Computers. Firstly, congratulations on your good score in class 12th board examinations. Generally, there are three ways to get a degree in engineering with minimum expenses.
1. Join a government college - For the same, you need to score well in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. These two entrance examinations provide admission into government engineering colleges in India.
2. Get a Scholarship: For meritorious students (as is relevant from your 12th board results), different colleges provide different levels of waivers on your college fees, which may be up to 100 percent, depending on the college policies.
3. Government subsidies - If you have a poor financial background, you can avail government subsidies as per the policies of your respective state government.
