Assuming you are from general category, on the basis of paper - 2, with JEE Mains, you are likely to get private colleges only. Go for their entrance if you wish to. Moreover, try to GET into colleges through NATA scores (if given). Best of luck.

If you are talking about Group A then 100% you will get a Govt. Polytechnic College and if that rank was for Group K then there are only 70% chances that you can get admission in a Govt. Polytechnic College.

So, you are expecting your JEE main score to be around 5000, which is too good for getting chance in NIT. Out of these JEE main- 5000 ranker, almost 4000 ranker will also GET good rank in IIT through JEE Advanced exam, BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad & in medical too, Obviously they will join there.
