Hello Sathish,
Though the cut off gets reduced, the competition level will be high. So, it is better to have a cut off of 195 and above to get aeronautical engineering at MIT Chennai, if you belong to OC. For other categories, the cut off varies.

Yes, you are eligible through your marks. Though, I suggest you to check your eligibility through your board marks, as the minimum marks in most colleges in category students are around 65%, so there you can lack. Otherwise, you are clear. Best of luck.

Admission process is done by ACPC, L.D. College of Engg. Ahmedabad, visit www.jacpc.ldce.ac.in.
Once the list of admitted candidates is declared by ACPC, those who are allotted seat at Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, must apply online for temporary registration on http://msub.digitaluniversity.ac.in

If this is your all India Rank, then you'll definitely get in any of the top colleges. If this is your category rank, then you can expect in top 6-11 NIT's. Also, you can go for various good autonomous institutes with home state quota. Refer NIRF rankings for engineering for their performance analysis.

DHE Maharashtra has announced merit list of MHCET Law 2017 on June 1 for 5-year integrated law programmes and on June 2 for three-year LL.B. Programmes. There will be separate rank list or merit list for each of the undergraduate law programmes- three-year and five-year integrated. Candidates will be called upon by their secured MHCET Law merit (rank) as per the list for the counselling and admission process. MHCET Law 2017 merit list will specify candidates name, roll number, scored marks and merit obtained for the applied law programme.
