Hello Krupesh,
There is absolutely no difference between B.Tech and BE. Both are same. It's just that some institutions offer B.Tech while others offer BE.Aeronautics is the name of subject we study while aerospace is the name of the industry that manufactures items related to flying objects. Unfortunately in India both these terms are used interchangeably and hence you treat them as same.

Since it's quite clear that you want to pursue a degree in Engineering for back up. I'll suggest computer Science as the field has a lot of opportunities but instead of ECE, I would like to advise you to choose Mechanical, that too again because of pool of opportunities this Branch offers in many PSUs. In my opinion Mechanical Engineering is very versatile branch when it comes to getting jobs in both public sector and private sector. Rest is up to you.
All the Best.

I suggest you to go for private colleges only or autonomous institutes of your state, if you belong from some category. There, home state quota will work and you might GET into good colleges. I suggest you to check the NIRF ranking of engineering colleges to have a reference. https://www.nirfindia.org/2018/EngineeringRanking.html
Or, either try for private universities such as LPU, Amity University, SRM, Chitkara University, CU, VIT etc., who have their own entrances. Best of luck.
