It totally depends on the branch you are opting for. You will get any branch at MIT. If you have reservation then you have chances to get top college (COEP). Please do mention the branch you are interested whenever you ask for a cut off or you want to predict college with your rank or your marks. You need to share which stream you have done in XII. If it is medical stream then you can pursue one of the subjects like biotech, biochem, etc. are popular. If B.Tech is rejected by you, then B.Sc in traditional subjects like physics, chemistry or maths can be opted.
