If we talk about both, I believe IT is better because computer Science is nowadays took over by B.Tech CSE, you can get a job and slowly you can progress with B.Sc. IT. I can enlist some university for your help - Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna University, Sharda University etc. Few of these universities provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. IITs cannot be compared to the private colleges. It is a worldwide renowned institute and has far better placement opportunities than the private colleges. Private colleges have no value or least value where students with big pockets take admission and just pass their time.
