Its good that you know the important criterion before entering into any business school. Both Faculty and Placements play an important role in your getting into a good Business school.

For deciding the best college for marketing you should always try to visit the college to see and rate the college on the following criterion.
1. The Brand name behind college.
2. The academicians and the faculty in general
3. The Placements in general

You should not take any of the informal rankings on Forums very serious specially in the case of colleges which accept MAT score. The reason being that most of the ranking are actually the opinions of the People here who donot do much research.
For deciding the best college under the MAT should always try to visit the college to see and rate the college on the following criterion.

There are many institutions in the country which are offering BCA like GGS IPU, Amity, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Symbiosis Institute Of Computer Studies & Research (SICSR), Sinhgad College of Commerce, Garden city college, MS Ramaiah Institute and many more.
For most of which you require to be a pass in 12th with preferably Maths as a subject studied.
I am sure you would be able to secure admission in one of the mentioned, However, you may still look for more institutes in the country based on your location preference in given link:

As stated above, The scope of HR is only going to grow while as Indian economy grows there the industries grow and hence there would be a demand for the Hr professionals.All said and done you have to choose your college really well.
For the placements, you should choose a college which has really good brand name as well as backing by good academicians to support the cause. for example I am a student of MBA finance at the Educomp MBA which runs JRE group of institution. Educomp which is the largest Educational company in India along with Raffes which is leading in singapore are running the campus.
It has a sprawling campus in Greater Noida.I have secured my summer placements with Nomura which a World's leading investment bank and all of our batch was placed last year because the placements team are from the IIM's headed by Mr jayaram who was the Ex-CEO of vardhman.

There are very few good colleges which take candidates like you who have been exceptional in their extra curriculars.
I am a student at the Educomp MBA, the sister concern being JRE Group of instituions which is backed by MNC like Educomp and Raffles group which is internationally renowned for its higher education in singapore. In the first batch itself I secured a summer placements with Nomura which is world's leading investments banking firm. All the batch has been placed because the placements team at JRE group which is backed by team from IIM- A having great contacts in the industry.
Its only JRE Group of institutions which recognizes the extracurriculars of a student rather than just marks. So if you have a low MAT score but through your credentials you could do better than others in the GD/PI and secure admission.
So for admission to JRE, your X,XII, your graduation %, your MAT score and your extracurriculars have a equal role to play.

Its very unfortunate that there are very few colleges in Delhi which look at the complete profile of candiadte to determine how good he is rather than his CAT/MAT scores or Gd/PI.
Though having good marks in my class X,XII and graduation and being a good debatee throughout my life, I could not get into a good Business School.
