hello dear!!
as you said that you are doing computer engg. so on this basis i will suggest you to go for german(most demanded language also) language and it will surely provide you ample of oppurtunites with handsome salary package in india & abroad both!!!
but of both my colleagues here assiting you to go for french so according your requirement and future carrer perspectives i will suggest you to opt. german only and one more thing i will tell you,when you compare the number of speakers and the oppurtunities in both the french & german languages then you will know mah dear who is right or wrong.but from point of everyone is right here

Hi Geet,
Although, there is no neutral public ranking of Law colleges but according to few of the private ranking DES is ranked amongst top 20 colleges. As far as placements are concerned, DES has good placement record, but more than the College I would say it would largely depend on your own capabilities, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.
Although, both the institute are decent but as far as Law colleges are concerned DES Law College has a better standing in the market.
