Hi,
If you mean Bachelor of Management Studies, then it is a good course to pursue, and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area.
The degree also develops the student's practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.
However, I would suggest you that once you complete your BMS, you should work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA, as it will further enhance your career prospects.

Hi,
You can Google search for online coaching (instructor lead training courses: offered by many institutes available on the internet) using relevant keywords.
Another option is to practice with mock question papers. These will be available from all leading book stores. By doing this, you will get a clear idea about the exam syllabus and pattern.
You can refer- Foundations of Software Testing - ISTQB Certification : By Dorothy Graham, Erik van Veenendaal, Isabel Evans & Rex Black
