Yes, you can pursue LL. M. in international business law after completing B.Com and CS. If you clear GATE you will get job in PSU which use GATE score to hire engineers. You will get CTC around Rs 6+ Lakhs. Private sector does not use GATE score for hiring.

There are many under - graduate programs to be pursued after 12th commerce.If you have IP as an optional subject,you can pursue BCA.You can do pursue B.com, BBA programs and then proceed to P.G. programs.
