In order to practice medicine abroad, in most of the countries the applicants are required to get themselves registered with the medical council of those countries and clear the eligibility test to practice medicine.
The medical council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign medical graduates, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice medicine.

I think the MA Mass Communication & Journalism at Nitte University, Mangalore seems appropriate for your needs. Two years of study may be necessary because it takes time to master the skills. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have.
