It's not difficult to find a job in a multinational corporation, or MNC. The main two factors are:
Skills 1 2. Communication Proficiency I refer to the Core Technical or Professional Skills also required by that specific Job Profile as skills.
2. Communication skills, especially in English since there will likely be a requirement for interaction given the title "Multi National. " Manage resources outside of your native language. Improve your spoken English and English communication abilitiesetc.

If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field. So, think twice before taking CSE or IT.
You can keep these points in mind:
1. In most of the colleges first of all CSE seats are filled.
2. Most of the girls do engineering only in CSE, IT or ECE.
3. Intermediate commerce students has the option to do BCA, which makes IT filled more competitive.
4. Almost each students wants to become computer engineer to get high package.
From all these points, we can conclude that

For an M.Tech in Designing & Urban Development, it is important to choose an institute with strong academic depth, practical exposure, and industry or government linkage. Top choices in India include IIT Bombay (Urban Systems), VNIT Nagpur, and the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), which are highly reputed and focus on sustainable urban planning, design, GIS, and smart city concepts, usually through GATE-based admission. If your son prefers an interdisciplinary and development-oriented approach, TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi is also a good option. Overall, institutes with strong faculty, live projects, and internships

There is no difference between residential and non-residential MBA. Residential MBA has a big advantage that students get lot of opportunities to interact with fellow students during case preparations and discussions. It provides opportunities not only to learn better, but also become an excellent team player. It also help to develop friendship which will come handy in career as these will help you to do business networking. You will miss these opportunities in non-residential MBA.

Hello Shrinath,
I wouldn't say it is the best, but still you can prefer it. For computer science stream you should aim for either US or Canada. Even UK is good. You can prefer either Australia or New Zealand as the last option.

It is an important aspect but it can be waived off, if an applicant has absolutely outstanding profile. Qualifying in GMAT won't be enough. Brilliant academic performance, co-curricular activities, awards and achievements and so on are evaluated.

Hi Karthik, highest package for last year was Rs.14 lakhs per annum , average package was Rs.6.5 lakhs per annum , sorry I don't have idea about the lowest package, but I am sure it will be more than Rs.4 lakhs. according to alliance previous year data there is a 100% record , 96% student get placed and the rest 4% joined family business or became an entrepreneur so it's a 100% placement. About studies i will say you will get the best faculties of India ,who will guide you in each and every step of your MBA journey.
