As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Main Candidates can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. Because you have passed 12th in year 2017 so you can appear in JEE Main in three consecutive years 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively.

Both the courses have good job opportunities. Finance has scope in the financial sector of industries, firms and MNCs like accounts, stocks, etc. Whereas, an HR manager, manages human resources of the company and also performs other operations.
Finance and HR both are good.

Yes, you can do it. A candidate enrolled in a regular degree course is allowed to pursue an additional degree/Diploma simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. The best universities offering distance education are:

Only through self learning and practice, you can become a game designer in India as most of the courses that are available either teaches you how to become a game artist or game programmer but never a game designer, even the courses that says Game Design on its title, focuses heavily on game art side of things and little on game design.
Game design is a vast subject so my suggestion to you would be to read books or watch tutorials on game design, play games not to enjoy but to deconstruct and understand them and most importantly try making some games yourself.

You may apply for Diploma courses and certificate courses post class 10th. Again, if you are going to take up entrance exams after class 11th and class 12th, then start preparing for engineering or medical entrance exams, as applicable.
