B.A. In history would help in your dream of becoming an IAS Officer. The idea here is to choose a Stream that helps you to prepare for IAS too. B.A. In History should help as IAS exam usually asks a lot of history questions. You can also pursue BA+LLB for same reason. You could pursue B.Sc. If you want but that won't help as much.

The best option would be to join a coaching institute. They will tutor you accordingly and they will helo you to understand complex concepts while preparing. Be prepared to give your best and study your BCA course thoroughly too. Study at least 2 to 3 hours daily and solve practice papers.
