Hi Naqvi,
Although it would be difficult to provide complete information related to the syllabus but then as every state has its own syllabus for judicial services exam, but then broadly this exam include all central acts like I.P.C, Cr.P.C,Evidence, C.P.C.,Constitution etc.as well as some local laws of that state like Land laws,Excise etc.
For the preparation you may consult the reading material and books as per the above mentioned sections.

Talking from job point of view, CCNA is networking certification and is considered a job oriented course. But I would advise you to do CCNP after CCNA.
Also if possible do MCSE + RHCE after CCNA as this combination will make your profile stand ahead from quite a number of colleagues of yours, and so will help you with the job too.
This combination of CNA + MCSE + RHCE will help you get a good job in Administration & Networking field.
