I would say as every individual is different so are there choices, however, both the subjects offer bright career options. I would suggest that while choosing the subject you only keep your interests & career aspirations in mind. However, if you are a person with good communication skills, leadership qualities and who like traveling a lot you should go for marketing & if you have good logical & quantitative skills and would like to do a lot of planning, managing of resources and policy formation you can opt for finance.

I would suggest you to go to singapore for studies it has some good universities and also a good study option for Indian students. In Singpaore National University of Singapore offers MS program in Orthopaedics then entry would be on the basis of merits and MBBS degree is required . You have to submit an online application through the NUS Office of Admissions. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by the Office of Admissions for interviews and tests in April each year. All shortlisted candidates must submit a portfolio, write an essay and undergo two interviews in order to be considered for admission. chandni, well, as i m working since 05 yrs.let me tell u from my experience wat i hv observed and wat is generally demanded by the companies is tht u shud gain specialisation in only one field because when u appear for an interview and if u say tht i hv done my mba with two specialisations then the interviewer will say tht we need a specialist in one field because u cant do work of two employees, so wats the use of ur two specailisations? every human can work in a one particular field n if u distract ur interests with other things, then u r just spoling ur time n money.so, practically speaking, wat i hv always seen n wat u will also see in ur upcoming life is tht u have to become specialist in one field. so, don waste ur time, do mba with one specialisation n gain proficiency in it because proficiency n expertise can boost anyone's career. rest is upto u.i thought its my duty to guide u to the right path.well, all the best for ur life.
