For getting the list of students placed last year from KIET,Ghaziabad I think u need to contact college placement cell. They can provide u the entire list of companies came for campus recruitment as well as the students placed.

I think you forget any Institute or college are not provide better job.Because every company or Institute take better knowledge of related course or degree.I am say that only if we are get job,then we are looking better performance in our study,then you take or get job good job from any company or industry.

You do the M.tech in IT or computer Science,E&E is more tough for computer students,Because circuits,electrical machines,stepper motors,DSP these are studied by E&E students.But you never come across these subject in detail in your course.You can do but extra effort is required.
