Hi Naveen,
Well you can pursue your PUC 2 but through the Private mode instead of the regular, you may contact NIOS for this purpose. But as you will complete your PUC after a gap, in that case this will show in the certificate (year of passing), yet it is better to clear PUC than to skip and move further as this may then lead to problems in future.
To pursue MBA, the minimum eligibility requirement remains a Graduate degree from a recognized University and need to qualify the admission procedure which vary from one institute to another.
