With a B.Ed degree, you cannot apply for SET exam. Post graduation is compulsory to apply for SET exam. 55% marks in PG level is essential to write this exam. If you clear this exam you can get lecturer jobs. So, you need to pursue post graduation so as to attend this exam. The other option is to appear for the CTET exam to join any CBSE schools.

If your question relates to someone else, I must share that in India Scholarships are more of 'Specific' scope and availability. Like Caste Based Reservation is sometimes restricted to state residents and many such benefits as well it is unlikely that a foreigner can avail a scholarship just by getting into IIT. It is also to be noted that for someone joining IIT from. Abroad, the Academic Credentials, IIT Ranking as well as other credentials can get some financial support from his own country. It should be considered Tough to get such MCM for Foreigners.

Information Technology used to be a sub segment or related stream of Computers Engineering, but has list it's value, because of the highest level of advancements in Computer Science and engineering. Network Security seems to be and presently is a well preferred domain and has careers in it. Be it B.Tech. In Electronics or CSE, Security and Programming and the merger of both is much needed. Remember that it is not completely about the specialization, but the domain you choose as your career. Go for Network domain because IT by default is a part of that thing later.
