The normal requirement for M.Sc is Bachler degree with 45% for SC/ST and 50% for others. If you have above criteria, then you take admission in anywhere for M.Sc as per my knowledge.

Hi,
You have sufficient time to get a good job. There are a lot of government job after graduation like SSC, Army, Navy, Air force, IBPS, RRB, etc. You can apply for private job like receptionist, front office executive, office assistant, store keeper, etc. You can look in newspaper on daily basis for good employment news.
Best of luck.

Hi
I think yes but at the same time you need to be a capable student to bag a job. Companies will always ask for 10th and 12th class marks. However, it varies from company to company as to how much weight-age they give to these marks.

GRE and IELTS are both popular requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue along with the additional work experience that may be required. If you believe you're falling short on the experience front, my best suggestion to you would be to enroll yourself in a form of study which would then allow you to scale up to a PR and a job opportunity in Canada. One of the interesting one's that I recently encountered is this Study & Work programme where you basically get to do a course while earning part-time and once you finish the course, you can work full time for about 6 months.

Firstly, I would like to advice you to focus on gathering the knowledge and strong foundation on particular field, which you would choose for your career and second don't run for placement or packages. You should run only for education because best education will give you all tools and techniques to get best placement.
All the best.
