Chemistry -
Study organic and inorganic chemistry as much as you can. Physical chemistry questions are easy too but you can do well without them.
Mathematics-
1. Complete calculus. Mostly questions on limits and differential eqns. are very easy. Integration depends on you.
2. Simple but scoring topics such as Binomial Theorem, Probability, Sequences, Limits.
3. Many people feel that coordinate geometry is tough. But believe me, they are very easy.
Physics-
This is one subject where you can study only what are comfortable with.
Mechanics is overrated. Instead concentrate more on the topics which are taught in class 12th. They are a bit easie

If you are technically inclined then better go for M.Tech, if your interested in planning and managing then go for MBA.
MBA will help your climb up the career ladder which stops after a time with M.Tech as the top positions are generally managerial.
Admissions are on in most of the good private universities like LPU, SMU, MMU, etc. Most of the private universities have world class infrastructure along with environment conducive to learning. They have good placements. Some even offer scholarships.
Check with them for more information.

As per my knowledge, it is not possible because when you are going to take admission at that time you have to submit your migration certificate.
If both the exam are going to be happen at the same date and time, then how will you manage? If you have interest in both, then please do one thing at a time among MBA and B.Ed.
