Initially, you may expect INR. 40,000 TO INR.50, 000 per month and with few years of experience, it may go up to INR. 75,000 pm. This may vary from individual to individual depending upon the capacity and competency to deliver. Hi Rashmi,Both are very interesting courses. You should ask yourself which interests you more and which you feel you are good at doing. Also, look out for the colleges that provide good internships and placements. I have heard that event management have certain risks involved. If you have that risk taking ability, then go for it or if you are a person who wants to make career in hospitality then go for hotel management. All the best.

Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. If you like business - whether it is working for a big company or starting your own enterprise, a BBA would be your cup of tea. Choose wisely, based on your personality, attitude and interest.
