Hi,I think you should go for PGDM and along with it write various banking exams. There are certain pros and cons in both it all depends on your choice. When it's comes to banking exams you start to earn immediately, have job security, moderate work load, but then it has slower growth compared to other private jobs. And, if you choose PGDM, a large paycheck depending on the college you have joined and if you have any previous experience in banking but you will have a high work pressure, and less job stability. Hope it helps you. All the best.

Hi,
It is not very clear with on the internet about the lateral entry specifically in BMLT. However, the colleges which offer later do mention of the university website. If you have selected any college of your choice, please specify the name, so that I may be able to populate relevant information. As per the internet research, I am not very sure of BMLT college in Bangalore location, as its totally based on college discretion.

Hi, it is difficult to evaluate chances by the mere percentage. 72% marks is good, but a higher percentage would have increased your prospects. Having said that, you also have work experience which will add value. The nature of your work, projects, innovative work, seminars, international projects, certifications, publications, patents and any work to demonstrate your research and innovative skills will be beneficial. Recommendation letters and a very strong personal statement are also a must. Give your best shot at the application.
