As you are interested in Civil Services, i would like to say that in order to get into the civil services you have to give the UPSC exams conducted by the govt. of India. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age eligibility lies between 21yrs-30yrs. In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear preliminary and main exam. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. Now lets come to the most important part that is self study which is very essential as UPSC exams are not that easy to crack and to crack the exam you really have to prioritize your time. For self study you can start with reading newspapers and books related to current affairs and Gk, if you want you can refer to Manorama Year book which is one good book for GK and current affairs.

Hi, PIHMS is good private College, only heard location is issue sometimes for few students. As per New Zealand Govenment policy, once you complete 1 year of study, you will get 1 year of open work visa which is known as Job search work visa. During this one year, student needs to find out job and try to convert longer work permit and than apply for PR when eligible.
