As per your profile, it would be advisable for you to continue working for some years and gain quality work experience, after this you can pursue MBA from universities in UK.
With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination to pursue MBA, as universities in Canada require 16 years of education for MBA.
In order to pursue MBA from universities in UK , you need to have:
15 years of education, with good academic background preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate course from recognized university.
Minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation at managerial or assistant managerial level.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.

Hi,first of all let me congratulate you for your decision to join teaching profession. To becomea prof in Engg college you have to have M.Tech degree . This again can be done in two waya
1.By qualifying net. According to the latest press release of AICTE, students who are interested in going for Ph.D can get direct admission on the basis of GATE score. JNTU has already issued a press release confirming the same. Alternatively, some universities conduct separate entrance exam for admission into M.Tech . You may also go for that. This and teaching can go hand in hand. Good colleges recruit research scholars/ students doing M.Tech as part-time faculty depending on their percentage and teaching capabilities. You may even land up doing M.Tech and teaching in the same college. Plz concentrate on preparing for the entrance and apply in good colleges around your city. Teachin may actually help in harnessing the techinical skills you acquired during your course of study.

In order to pursue MBA from universities abroad, you need to take:
1.GMAT.
2.TOEFL or IELTS.
GMAT is the exam which need to be taken by all the students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad. It is of 800 marks and all the good universities require score of 600-700 plus.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6.5-7 bands plus score.
