In order to pursue Phd, from universities in US, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows :
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications.
Ph.D. course work essentially includes research and documentation work. This requires large amounts of money. In addition to this, you have to consider living expenses for the entire duration of the course. The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year.

To help you, I would say that any person having MBA degree is always welcomed by top companies with open arms. It is the most preferred career option by today's generation due to the variety of scope associated with it making it even more desirable.
To be eligible, graduates from any background with more than 55 percent marks can apply for MBA. There is no age limit for this course.
There are several specialties available in MBA degree programs. As you have shown interest in HR / Finance, I would add here that your choice in turn will also aid the decision of how long you may want to study for your MBA.
As per your interest, I would suggest you to instead of opting for part-time you must look forward for a full-time course as that will prove to be more beneficial for your career growth.

There is no age limit to pursue MBA. But the only barrier in achieving your MBA dream is your graduation degree. Bioconcentration is defined as occurring when uptake from the water is greater than excretion (Landrum and Fisher, 1999)
Thus bioconcentration and bioaccumulation occur within an organism, and biomagnification occurs across trophic (food chain) levels.
Biomagnification is the bioaccumulation of a substance up the food chain by transfer of residues of the substance in smaller organisms that are food for larger organisms in the chain. It generally refers to the sequence of processes that results in higher concentrations in organisms at higher levels in the food chain (at higher trophic levels).
