you can apply directly for the PHD in biotechnology after you complete your post graduation. The exams that you would be required to take for the same are GRE and TOEFL(USA) or IELTS(Canada). You would require a GRE score above 1300 atleast if you want admission in a good university.

There are many institutes in India which are offering MCA, and IGNOU is an Open University offering MCA through Correspondence, and it is advised to pursue MCA through regular college as the course has more value when pursued on regular basis.

As per the eligibility for the M.Sc course you would not be eligible as the minimum qualification required is a B.Sc degree from a recognized University. But you can opt for the MCA or MBA courses from well reputed institutes.
