To get into the IPS, you will have to give the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC and involves written test and interview. It is a common exam for getting into the IAS, IPS etc. You really need to be a hardworking and diligent. Hi Poonam,
As you are interested in Dance, I would say go for it as dance is a good profession and once you are through with the training, you can start your own dance coaching center. Now about masters, as you already have experience as an English faculty. You can pursue your masters in English, Mass Comm or journalism etc.
