Yes, it is good score but I would suggest you to retake February MAT and try to score good percentile and then you can apply to many good B-schools. Most of the MAT accepting B-schools start GD/PI only in March.

I would request you to retake February MAT and score high rank. At 53 percentile, you cannot get a good university.
