You should score high marks in MAT exam as your graduation score in not that good. You may not be eligible for top institutes which accept MAT score. Answering this considering you are an Indian. So, if you have loads of money, then India because to have a decent lifestyle in India you need to earn really good money. Whereas in Canada or any developed country, even with mid income you can have a good life because the basics are pretty good. Loads of money would mean you make at least $100,000 annually in India whereas in Canada you can a much better quality of life in even $50,000. Basics would include schools, health, quality and purity of food, people attitude, safety, no corruption, no power cuts, no rude people. Hi,
There is no problem as such in distance learning Bachelor's degree if you want to apply for MBA programme outside India. If you qualify the admission process, eligibility and your university is approved from UGC and AIU then you would get the admission.

Hi,
65% is alright, however an overall score of 5.5 is not good. I will suggest you to retake IELTS exam. MS programs require 6.5 or higher in IELTS.
