B.Com honors is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. You can also pursue courses like chartered accountancy along with your B.Com honors.
The course is similar to B.Com honors. The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com honors, but the B.Com pass course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honors course.

Hello, To become a lecturer you have to clear the postgraduation with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. After clearing this, the next step is to qualify the National Eligibility Test. The National Eligibility Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Through this exam, the candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship. Here are some more details of UGC NET Exam -
The exam is conducted by NTA for 81 subjects. If you are an aspirant of the Science stream then it will be beneficial to appear in the CSIR NET Exam which is conducted for the same purpose. There is no age limit for appearing in NET Exam for lectureship. The exam is conducted twice a year. One can appear in both these exams to get selected. The one who qualifies this exam will be honored with the UGC NET Certificate. The certificate can be used in various colleges and institutes to apply for the post of Assistant Professor. Biogas typically refers to a mixture of different gases produced by the breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Biogas can be produced from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste or food waste. Biogas is a renewable energy source and in many cases exerts a very small carbon footprint.
Biogas can be produced by anaerobic digestion with anaerobic organisms, which digest material inside a closed system, or fermentation of biodegradable materials.
Biogas is primarily methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) and may have small amounts of hydrogen sulfide (H
2S), moisture and siloxanes. The gases methane, hydrogen, and carbon monoxide (CO) can be combusted or oxidized with oxygen. This energy release allows biogas to be used as a fuel; it can be used for any heating purpose, such as cooking. It can also be used in a gas engine to convert the energy in the gas into electricity and heat.

"Water table" is a term that refers to the top of what is called the saturated zone, or the level at which the ground is entirely saturated with groundwater or water that soaks into the soil. There are many factors that affect the water table in a given area, among them being climate, characteristics of the soil and human activities.
Climate
Greater precipitation, ice melt in the spring and summer and high humidity that prevents water from evaporating can raise the water table. If the water table rises to a very high level, additional heavy rainfall may cause flooding because the soil cannot absorb any more water. On the other hand, lack of precipitation and hot, dry weather that promotes evaporation can lower the water table.
Soil Characteristics
Soil characteristics that affect the water table include permeability and composition. Soils with a high clay content are relatively impermeable, while sandy soils allow water to pass through and raise the water table. Compacted soils with small pores with little vegetation and rocky areas with little soil are also relatively impermeable compared to loose soils in dense, forested areas.
Human Activities
Human activities such as clear cutting, farming, pumping, irrigation and construction can affect the water table. For example, ground clearing, construction and increasing the slope of the ground can result in soil erosion and greater runoff that carries water away from an area before much of it can be absorbed. Heavy use of water, such as for irrigation, can also lower the water table, especially if precipitation is inadequate to replenish groundwater supplies.
