Yes, you definitely can opt for SAP as in today's world where more and more companies are getting technology savvy, SAP has made its own market, and SAP Consultants are really well paid. The options available for you are: SAP Accounting & SAP Fico, you can get into SAP SD or Marketing if you want to get into marketing field. SAP ERP would not be of much use to you as it is related more to database management.

Scholarship is awarded on the basis of your complete application, your SOP, LOR's, academic credentials as well international standardized test scores like GRE/IELTs, etc. Many universities in Canada offer scholarships, but you have to have a good candidature to grab those scholarships.
