Hi Rajesh,
After going through your profile what I feel is that you are inclined towards Finance. On the basis of your MBA and other certifications the fields open for you are: Banking which includes fields like Investment Banking, Corporate Finance jobs like Investor Relations Officer, Credit Manager, Commercial banking, ForEx Management, Treasury & wealth management, Financial Planner, etc. Other fields could be stock broking, Commodity trading, Capital Arbitrage etc. As you have two years of experience of being an Insurance advisor, you can also continue with that profession and get into fields like Insurance & Risk management, Disaster Management. You can also look for jobs with big Finance firms as an auditor/ in the auditing department etc or can get into corporate companies finance department.
I would suggest you to either start directly applying in these sectors through the various job opportunities published in different newspapers or upload your updated resume on various Job portals like naukri.com

The minimum eligibility criteria to become a lecturer in India is a master's degree. There is UGC NET Exam which is one of the most famous exams in India that will help you to become a lecturer. The UGC NET Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency to select the candidates for lectureship and for Junior Research Fellowship. The exam is conducted for 81 subjects like Humanities, English, Social Science, Education, Commerce, etc. To appear in this exam, you must have
Complete master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks. Those who are appearing in the final year of their postgraduation can also apply for this exam. There is no age limit to appear in NET for lectureship. So, if you meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria then you can appear in the NTA NET Exam. If you are interested to apply for this exam, then make sure that the subject that you choose should be similar with the subject of your postgraduation. Hope it helps!
