From what I've seen, Lovely Professional University usually doesn't publicly fix or announce an exact number of seats for M.Arch. Admissions are more intake-based and depend on demand, approvals, and specialization, so the number can vary each year.
Compared to government colleges with fixed seats, LPU is more flexible, so if you meet the eligibility and apply on time, chances of getting a seat are generally good.
