Easy or tough depends from person to person. A course which may seem easy for me may not be for you, so you have to know your own aptitude first and decide. You may check PG Diploma courses, go through the following courses and see if you can find anything interesting. You have a three year degree course which will also not be accepted widely:

1. NMIMS (Math is compulsory in class 12th).

In Germany, it is possible to get the MBA degree in different ways. Doing it as a full time study programme it takes 12 to 24 months to get the degree, depending on programme, state and university. It is also possible to do the MBA as half-time studies. Then, it is possible to keep working in ones company and study at evenings or at the weekend to get the degree. Because of the limited study time, it therefore, takes longer to get the degree.

You can apply to US universities after Diploma. The process is the general process you have to follow, take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. You must also have atleast 60% to be considered by most universities. The top ranking ones are ofcourse highly competitive. Check the common app portal, its the website through which you have to apply through US universities.
