Hello,
To appear in IIT JAM Exam you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Candidates in their final year of the graduation can also apply for the exam. But they must submit all their documents by 30th Sept 2019. The criteria mentions age limit for candidates to be born on or before 1st August 1998. if you were born before 1st August 1998 you would qualify to appear for the NEST exams. Regards.

To appear for an IAS I.e, for civil services examinations, you need to be a graduate. The field of graduation does not matter, but your performance in the entrance exam does. So you can opt for any stream for your Bachelors degree.

Yes, you can. After graduation, you can take admission in 3 year LLB with 45% marks in graduation for general category and 40% for SC/ST. DU, BHU, PU, Mumbai University, Allahabad University, etc. take their own entrance exam for 3 year LLB for DU LLB, you must have 50% in graduation for general category.
