The basics of GD and Interview never change. The difference between success and failure, is the way, you come across and put your points. Try to identify a group of at least 7 -8 candidates, with whom you can practice daily. If possible try to get in touch with professionals, from the industry, to give you a feedback, on your performance, in the GD and Interviews.

You just have to take 2 tests i.e. SAT and TOEFL. Target a score above 2000 in the SAT and above 100 in the TOEFL to increase your chances of getting admission in the best universities.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
