Hi,
Well if your facing any sort of problem, then I would suggest you to speak with the management or the university. Or if you are planning to change your program in that case, you can either opt for pursuing a correspondence bachelors as per your eligibility and can take up certificate / diploma course in animation or the next option would be to leave the course and start a fresh.

Hi Lovepreet, to apply you need to first shortlist some Universities and the course which you would like to study then you need to collate all your documents like marksheets from class 10 onwards, reference letters, statement of purpose, CV, work experience letters if any, a copy of biometric pages of your passport, IELTS score and send these to the University or college. Some Universities have online application so you will have to apply online and send a hardcopy of your documents along with a copy of your online application. The documents you send should be notarised if you are sending these directly to the Univ or college.

Yes you can get admitted to Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges. You need to write the entrance exam to get into these colleges.When you change from one state to another remember to carry your migration certificate which is a must.

Although, your query is not very clear but what I could gauge from your query that you want to know about the courses which give you both UG & PG Degree. These courses are called integrated courses which are very intensified courses as two degrees are combined together. Moreover, there are not many Universities/ Institutes in India, providing such a degree.
