Kindly, visit their website and eligibility criteria. As your 12th combination of subjects will not be retained in your proposed study, you may have to face disadvantage of 2.5% or more from the percentage obtained in 12th and have to face the competition for ranking for selection.

Sorry to say but in my view, I didn't like this institute because its new in our country and they are using runway of Bombay Flying Club strip. I don't think they have a great experience.

More than 2 years of gap makes it difficult but because you had work experience, you may be considered. Your admission decision will mainly depend on your academic grades. I will suggest you to check vocational institution in New Zealand and also TAFE in Australia. Canada seems dicey.

It depends on which stream you had in class 11th and 12th. A career in a similar stream will help you succeed better. Commerce and science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/ design, business, finance and banking.
In science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like biotech, Nanotechnology, agriculture and genetic. Every single chapter is important among 13 chapters of mathematics. There will be questions from every chapter. From this year, you have to cover more variety of question than previous years as 2 marks question will also come in paper.
You can solve NCERT book first because it contains all core topics. Then, you can practice some sample papers. You can also cover books like RD and elements.
